Preparation of Master Plan for Lawrence School, Sanawar

Involved as part of multi-disciplinary team as Heritage Conservation experts to develop the conservation and strategy for Lawrence School Sanawar. One of the oldest residential school in India founded in 1847 by Sir Henry Lawrence, it has high aesthetic value given its picturesque character within a wooded natural setting. The primary objective of the study was to assess the character and significance of the campus of the Lawrence School Sanawar and to inform the master plan for future development as well as the future proposals for conservation and repair, addition and alteration works for the historic buildings within the Lawrence School Sanawar.

Preparation of Conservation Plan for St David's Hall, Dundee

As part of the European Urban Conservation programme, prepared a conservation plan for one of the oldest pre 1700 building in Dundee which is on the buildings at risk register for Scotland. The conservation plan demonstrated the significance of the building displaying the wealth of Dundee as Scotland's second most important city. The Conservation Plan guided and became the backbone of the future conservation and preservation of the building over the last 8 years. The Conservation Plan was highly commended by The Architectural Heritage Society of Scotland in 2007 and it also received the second prize by the Institute of Historic Building Conservation in 2007.

Restoration of historic Gates to walled city of Amritsar

As principal conservation consultant, prepared detailed project repair for the Restoration of 6 Gates for the Walled City of Amritsar namely Hall Gate, Lahori Gate, Khazana Gate, Hakima Gate, Sultanwind Gate. The work involved measured drawings, condition mapping, coordination of preparation of BOQ and proposals for the development of the public realm around the gates.
